2,500-Ton Compression Molding
SMC components are formed through high-pressure compression molding using a large 2,500-ton CNC hydraulic press.
The molding process allows bathroom components such as chassis and panels to be produced as integrated molded structures with consistent shapes and a smooth finished surface.
Factory molding allows the main SMC components to be produced under controlled manufacturing conditions before they are prepared for assembly or shipment.

SMC Chassis with Tempered Glass
An SMC bathroom does not always need to use a complete SMC wall enclosure.
The SMC chassis can also be combined with tempered glass panels to create an open and modern bathroom or shower-room configuration.
Frosted or translucent glass can also be considered for projects where additional privacy is required.
Compared with a fully enclosed SMC bathroom pod, an SMC chassis combined with tempered glass can provide a simpler configuration and may offer a more cost-conscious solution for certain projects.
